Philosophy for today

Let no man take away your dignity and breach your inner sanctum of your soul

To let your soul die because of self inflicted foolishness is your own demise

The brightness and kaleidoscope of colours of an individual’s spirit should out way all impressions that we may have of any culture aversion we may have and accept all for who they are in their wholeness

Allow yourself to adapt for change for that can only enhance your life

This is all for today guys

I hope you all had a great weekend. You are most welcome to email me with comments.

Well O my god, its over, that is the work day. It was so busy today. I managed to slip in a call to a NGO and make some arrangement to meet them either on Friday or Saturday regarding my project. I have to follow this through. I am still having problems with updating the blog with Windows Live Writer as it publishes it as drafts.

I am working hard on trying to solve this problem. It was crazy at work again today with so many calls and I have just taken four at home again.

Derek my partner is ill and I am going with him to our doctor to try and sort his health out. I must thank my colleague Karin whom I work with for standing in for me tomorrow morning while I attend to my partner and my own health. We seem to have some stomach bug which many people have at the moment.

I am just so tired and will go to bed soon. I still cant explain the energy levels as I have not eaten since yesterday as I too have a problem with food at the moment due to this inconvenient  bug!

As I have learnt one has to just go with the flow but seek medical assistance and integrate your life with the flow. Been HIV+ you have to manage yourself.

I am so grateful to Karin and Sue-Anne whom I work with and I want them to know that I thank them for been there for Derek and myself. We have such a close bond and that needs to be recognised by all. Two special individuals that go the extra mile and a special mention to the charity work that Karin does with children who are disabled in all ways. She gives so much of her time to these kids and adults who need love and compassion. She does voluntary work for SADA and I hope this is correct the spelling that is

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEEN THERE FOR ME, I DEDICATE TODAY'S ENTRY TO THOSE FRIENDS THAT GO THE EXTRA MILE.
